For accurate measuring, I suggest using a flexible measuring tape.
If you don't have one handy, then I'd recommend the next best thing: a long piece of string and a ruler to measure it up to.


A couple of notes:
- When checking for a bust measurment, do NOT just go by your bra size.
- When measuring for pants/shorts/skirts, sometimes it's best to grab a favorite garment you may have nearby & measure that garment. Then, compare those measurements with those given to judge for an accurate fit.
